Campora

Campora

FROM THE CAMPORAIOLO VINEYARD

It comes from the Camporaiolo vineyard in Casale in San Gimignano. It is a wine made almost entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested with care. After fermentation, it is placed in French oak barrels of 225 l for ageing that lasts about 24 months during which it acquires structure and elegance. Then the wine is aged in the bottle for another 2 years or so before being released for sale. The Campora is a wine of great balance, remarkable complexity and depth.
