The Campora of Falchini comes from the Campora vineyard at Casale in San Gimignano, province of Siena;

it is a Rosso Toscano IGT produced almost entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested with care.
Once fermented, it passes into small French oak barrels to age for about 2 or more years, gaining thickness, structure and elegance.
It rests in the bottle in our cellars for the same amount of time, becoming a wine of great harmony,
elegance and considerable complexity with an extraordinary longevity.
How to enjoy the Campora Cabernet Sauvignon
The Campora, Rosso Toscano IGT produced in
San Gimignano by Casale Falchini, is a wine suitable
also for long aging, around 15 or 20 years.
Among the organoleptic characteristics are an intense and deep ruby red color which stands out, an ample and yet fine perfume with notes of mature ripe blackberries, hints of vanilla and cooked plums. The flavor is intense, soft, warm, with a great complexity and harmony.
It is advisable to decant it for at least an hour before serving at 18 ° C: it is an ideal wine to accompany important meat stews, grilled or roasted meats and wildgame; also excellent with aged and noble cheeses.
The characteristics of Campora
The Campora di Casale Falchini of San Gimignano is denoted by the following characteristics:
- Name: Tuscan Red Wine IGT
- Provenance: property owned vineyards in Casale - San Gimignano
- Grapevine: Cabernet Sauvignon and small percentages of Merlot
- Winemaking: traditional red primary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with frequent pump-overs; then passed in small French oak barrels for about two or more years, after which the aging in the bottle in the cellar begins.
- Alcohol content: 13% minimum
