The main characteristics of this Vernaccia di Casale Falchini are the yellow straw color, a scent with the light aroma of green apple and jasmine flowers, the fresh, balanced, fruity, graceful and elegant taste, with a pleasant finish. The ideal temperature to serve it is 8-10 ° C.
Its taste is ideal to combine with appetizers, first courses, white meats, fish, soups or large roasted fish and shellfish, but it is also an excellent choice as an aperitif.
